this is the first time i use a washing machine without an agitator and i find that the drum turns/works slow. i am aware that it is supposed to be gentle on your clothes by washing against each other but it is a bit slow compared to what i've been used to. i cannot adjust the cycle time unless i use a manual selection which defeats the purpose of being able to used the correct feature for different washes (cycle for many options are too long). i like the fact that it does not use a lot of water but you have an option to deep fill). i am still getting used to it.

i've been using my new top load washer for about a month now. my last washer was a front load which i liked but i do not miss the bad smell of the front load! this washer capacity is huge! i was able to wash a 3'x5' rug in it last night with no problem. i have not had a need to use the pre treat feature yet. i like how if i overfill the fabric softener, the washer dumps the excess into the wash with detergent so that i always have just the right amount of softener. this is by far the best washer i've ever had!

have had the washer for 7 months, have had two service calls to repair issue. washer leaks water all of laundry floor and has stain walls. 1st repair stated it was drain hose, replaced still leaks. 2nd repair scheduled tomorrow to replace water intake. replaced older, other name brand set that i had for 7 years with no issues. would not recommend

i hate that i can't set the water level on this washer. called the help line and was told that the washer "knows" how much water is needed to get clothes clean. i explained to the rep that it wasn't getting all of my clothes wet, so how could they be getting clean? he stated he knew how the washer worked and that if i stood there for long enough i would see that the clothing was indeed getting wet. they aren't. i have to manually set the load to "deep fill", wait until the desired amount of water enters the machine, turn off deep fill and let it do its business! i regret this purchase.

i got this brand new washer on a friday (2/19) and it broke after 3 or 4 loads. repairman came out thursday and the drum was not tightened from the factory. he fixed that and it worked. well, for 3 more loads. then friday it sounded like an apache helicopter. repairman came out on tuesday. the tech dept tood him to replace the transmission. so as of 3/7 i still do not have a washer. it will hopefully be repaired this week once the parts are in. zero rebates, zero compensation for the inconvenience. i am tired of dealing with it. i hate laundry anyway and them a brand new washer doesnt work only makes it worse. i would have given zero stars but that wasn't an option.

I love how big the capacity is on this washer and that it offers so many different features. I am really impressed with how quiet it is compared to my previous washing machine. I also appreciate the reminders to run the self cleaning cycle every so often. The cherry on top is the fun tone that plays when the washer finishes. That's such a small thing but it just shows that every detail was though of.

Purchased this is Nov it arrived in December and been using it for a few months. I absolutely love it. My clothes always smell fresh and look amazing clean. The fact that I can wash my comforter without it destroying or compromising the fabric huge win Samsung.

I've personally have used the washer for over a month now. Washing 1-2 times a week. It does a great job. I haven't used all the features yet. But I did wash a large blanket and it came out perfect.

it is very difficult to register your products so that the warranty is active. there are multiple documents that need to be added but they limit the attachment load size... is this their way of an attempt to deny coverage. i purchased both washer and dryer.

caught this on sale and was excited to replace my old washer. i have always been a samsung fan and my entire home consists of over 50 smart devices controlled by smartthings. i bought this with the assumption that i could send notifications to mobile devices when a cycle was complete as our laundry room is far from the living area. i now know that theres a smart care and a smart control. smart care is basically useless and let's you use your smartphone camera to read an error code from the display. rather than just giving you a number to look up. since i bought it on sale and have used it per the install instructions i'm stuck with it.

seems to take longer to get washes done then our older kenmore!
had a code already come up out of balance. then i couldn't get it to drain right and spin, kept filling up afterwards and adding time to it..
had to start all over! couldn't sit and babysit the washing machine!

Worked good for four months and then every load threw an error. Finally got a repair person out here only to let me know they had to order the parts "they think" it is and it could be after Christmas, which now makes me without a washer for three weeks at this time, longer if it takes that long. Not sure why I spent this much in a washer that already needs service.

this machine is quiet, efficient and i love the quick wash setting. i would opt for a different detergent/fabric softener dispenser because it doesn't quite come out far enough to add the liquids without spilling over into the machine, especially when the bottles are near the empty mark and they have to be tipped completely upside down. otherwise, and excellent machine!

I have had this washer for a week now. I wash on quick wash only. The other washes take 2 hours. It seems to clean ok. I just hate waiting two hours for a load of cloths to be washed. Make sure you have someone connect it who knows what they are doing. I paid for instalation and it was done wrong. I had to pay another person to install the washer and the dryer. It asks if I would reccomend this washer later on in this survey. Maybe. I would not say yes and I would not say no.

Excellent product that gets cloths clean! Normal cycle is a bit light in my opinion, but using activewear cycle or deep water wash gets the jobs done on even tough messes.

i ordered through samsung.com. i thought it would be easy. it was. i paid for insulation. i got home from work the day it was installed and it did not work. i have many samsung products so i expected everything to work great. after several calls to customer service i was told it would be about 24 to 72 business hours before a technician would call me. i paid another person to trouble shoot the connections. neither appliance was connected properly. i am waiting on my installation fees to be refunded. i have washed 4 loads of cloths and none seem that clean. i rewash each load. i also rinse at least twice because the cloths still feel soapy.

just got this washer and i am very disappointed. this is the loudest washer i have ever had. also, there is no way to turn off the melody it plays. there is an option to turn off sound, which i have set, but i cannot figure out what sound it turned off since it did not turn off any of the sounds. i have never heard of this before. my sheets and towels were not as clean as when had my last machine of a different brand. a lot of money to buy this washer and matching dryer, which i am now stuck with. so disappointed.

I bought washer (as a set) in September and I love it. I like there are many options/functions.
I could do without the long music when cycle is complete, but its not a deal breaker at all.
I enjoy the waterjet feature for pretreatment.
My favorite option is the QUICK WASH. This is great for fast "oops I forgot to wash that".
The color is great. The drum is amazing!
